# How can I choose the iCal URL that includes guest names for my property?

Each rental has two iCal URLs: one **without** guest names and one **with** guest names. If your synced calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook, phone, Excel, etc.) shows generic entries like "Booking" or "Hold" instead of guest names, you are likely connected to the URL without guest names.

To use the URL that includes guest names: go to **Setup → Rentals** and click the rental name to open its details page (do not click "Edit"). Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will find both iCal URLs. Copy the second one, labeled as including the guest name, and paste it into the platform where you want to use it. Replace any previously connected URL if necessary. Note that Google Calendar apps may take some time to sync — if names don't appear right away, removing and re-adding the URL usually forces a refresh.
