# How to connect to MyDATA through Hosthub (Oxygen integration)

The connection to MyDATA in Hosthub is made through the Hosthub integration with **Oxygen**, a certified electronic invoicing/ERP provider. Once connected, you can issue booking documents (such as Service Receipts / ΑΠΥ) and have them automatically transmitted to MyDATA.

## Steps to connect

If you are a business obliged to issue documents, follow these steps:

1. Create an account with Oxygen using this link to receive the special reduced price for Hosthub users: https://app.pelatologio.gr/register.php?pcode=phosthub&bn=pcp
2. Contact Oxygen and request an **API key** for your account.
3. Send the following to Hosthub via chat:
* The **API key** provided by Oxygen
* The **username (email)** of your Oxygen account
4. Once received, Hosthub will proceed with activating the integration.

Before this, make sure you have also set the **tax settings** for every property. Go to **Setup > Properties**, click on the property name, select **Tax settings**, click **Edit**, enter the tax details, and save. This must be done for all properties for the correct calculation of the submitted amounts.

## Multiple owners / properties

You can connect multiple Oxygen accounts through Hosthub — one for each VAT number (ΑΦΜ)/owner — and issue documents such as Service Receipts (ΑΠΥ) and the special TAAK (resilience fee) document separately for each booking, with automatic transmission to MyDATA.

## Pricing and Pro plan

The Oxygen connection is **not included in the basic plan** and has an additional cost. If you are a **Pro plan** user, you can pay for the Oxygen package, send Hosthub the transaction receipt issued by Oxygen, and this amount will be covered through a discount on your Pro package.

## Supported providers

Currently, Hosthub supports the MyDATA integration **only through Oxygen**. Other providers such as Epsilon Net are not supported. You can continue to use another provider like Epsilon Net separately, but it will not connect to Hosthub.

## Automatic booking submission to the ΑΑΔΕ Registry and MyDATA

Automatic submission of bookings to the ΑΑΔΕ Registry and MyDATA through Hosthub requires the **Pro plan**. Without the Pro plan you will not get automatic booking submission, but you can still issue and send booking documents provided you have activated the Oxygen integration.
