# Take control of your bookings with ease by utilizing the correct filters

If you want to have a quick overview of your upcoming bookings then the easiest way is through [Dashboard](https://app.hosthub.com/#upcoming). Additionally, you can access the 'Bookings' section from the menu on the left-hand side of your Hosthub account for more detailed management options.

However if you need to have a detailed view of your bookings you can always use the Filters . There are various combinations available, so you can choose those that best suit your desired outcome.

## Export Data Within Specific Date Ranges

* Go to the **Bookings** section.
* Click **Filter** and first choose a **Date type** (the filter does not show separate "start date"/"end date" fields; you pick a date type, most commonly **Check-out date**).
* Set the date range for that date type (for example, June 1 to June 30 for a specific month).
* Apply any additional filters such as event types (e.g., Bookings, Blocks).
* Click **Search** to view the filtered results.
* Hit the **Export** button at the top-right of the page.
* Select either the **Financial Export XLSX** or **CSV** format to download.

To export a different month, just change the date range in the filter and export again.
Exporting booking data in Hosthub is versatile and customizable. You can find the **Export** option in the **Bookings** section, allowing you to download the results in **XLSX** or **CSV** formats. These files can be shared with your team for analysis or integrated into your own KPI tracking systems. You can export filtered views (e.g., specific date ranges, event types, or rentals) for detailed reporting. Additionally, use these reports for financial analysis or performance tracking over both custom and predefined periods.

## Saving or Converting to PDF

While Hosthub only exports in XLSX or CSV formats by default, you can save the data as a PDF manually:

* Press **CTRL + P** (Windows) or **Cmd + P** (Mac).
* Select **Save as PDF** under your print destination options and download the file.
You can change the format of the date fields in the exported files from your [Settings](https://app.hosthub.com/settings) -> Date format

If you need additional formats, such as PDF, manually convert the file using your browser's print-to-PDF feature as outlined above. This ensures compatibility with various sharing needs.
