Hosthub’s website builder is a custom Wordpress website that our team builds, deploys and delivers to you in full working order and has the following features and specs:


  1. Fully operational direct booking website that accepts payments for direct bookings or requests for reservations to be validated by the host
  2. Synchronization with other platforms (Airbnb. Vrbo, Booking.com etc) in two ways:
    1. Via Hosthub’s channel manager (offered separately). This option offers real time availability sync and rate sync.
    2. Via iCal synchronization - 30-60 minute delay availability sync
  4. Multilingual capability (translation not included)
  5. Adding content for the first 2 rentals, as well as 1 hour training to show you how to add more rentals if needed is included in the price. Any additional rentals will have to be added by you, or you can commission our partner developers to add them for you for an extra fee of $35 per hour.
  6. Additional development includes:
  • extra content pages,
  • adding more languages,
  • changing colors or images,
  • adding more rentals
  • providing more training or support

Additional development charged at a fixed price of $35/hour.

  1. The deadline for providing necessary materials for the website, such as photos and descriptions, as well as completing any required actions on your part (such as setting up a Stripe account), should not exceed one month. We will provide clear instructions in a timely manner. If the one-month deadline passes without the required materials and actions, the initial advance payment will be retained as a fee for the time and effort spent on our part, and you will be required to submit a new application and make a new payment if you still wish to proceed with the Website Builder process.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, which we fully understand and appreciate, you will be provided with 2 options: Either receive back your advance and not continue with the website builder process, or get a 30 day extension to deliver the materials and actions requested on your part.

Additional notes / what is NOT included in the price:


It is important to note the following:

  1. You are responsible to purchase the domain that the website will use. Our team can guide you through the process and offer some suggestions for the name to purchase and where to purchase it from, but the actual purchase and payment of the domain name has to be done by you (approx. $10 per year)
  2. You are responsible to select and purchase the hosting plan for the website. Our team can guide you through the process and offer some suggestions for selecting the hosting platform, but eventually it is your responsibility and any issues you have with the hosting provider will have to be sorted out with them directly. Our team can help you through this process if needed, but it will be charged at the fixed hourly rate of $35/hour. Please note that some hosting platforms have known issues with our calendar sync process so it’s important to discuss the options with our Website Builder developer.
  3. The booking engine of the website is based on 3rd party plugins that we have pre purchased and included in the price and build onto your website, but we cannot guarantee their 24/7 reliable operation since we have not built them. However, we have spent hundreds of hours trying them out in real life scenarios and we have selected the ones that work best and more reliably.
  4. You are responsible for drafting the content of the Terms and Conditions page, including the Cancellation Policy and all other terms related to the rental of your properties. The current content is in demo mode and should be updated according to your preferences. It is strongly recommended that you seek legal and accounting advice from your professional advisors.
  5. The recommended Payment Gateway for card payments on bookings is Stripe (https://stripe.com). If you do not have a Stripe account available, the alternative solution is to manage payments using the "By Admin Manually" method offered by the booking engine we use.
  6. If you select the ical sync option, we cannot guarantee it’s operation and reliability since ical sync is notoriously unreliable, so we strongly suggest you use Hosthub’s channel manager to sync rates and availability with your website.
  7. Although the website is fully SEO enabled and has all the tools to support modern and effective SEO, the price does not include the content needed to attract visitors to your website or the work needed to create those pages. You can do that on your own, hire a 3rd party, or hire our web builders to do it for you for the preset price mentioned below.


Regarding Multilingual Support (i18n)

Hosthub has developed a WordPress plugin for multilingual support of the Direct Booking Websites it builds for its clients. This plugin is provided free of charge to Hosthub clients.

  • It is fully compatible with Hosthub’s SYNC process.
  • Menus are translated
  • Calendars are translated
  • All website pages are translated (Home, About us, Activities, Terms, Contact, etc.)
  • A language switcher is provided in the menu
  • Property descriptions in different languages are all located on the same property page and switch using a TAB control
  • Blog articles (if any), as well as amenities and other property attributes, are not translated


i18n - Remarks

Texts are translated using AI tools based on the content provided by the client in the primary language. Hosthub does not offer professional translation services. It is the client's responsibility to review the translated content and suggest corrections if needed.

Process

The process to build your website is the following:

  1. You prepay the first installment (half of the product cost) by clicking the “Buy Now” button here: https://www.hosthub.com/products/website-builder/ (for Website Builder) or here: https://www.hosthub.com/products/booking-engine/ (for Booking Engine)
  2. Our team will assign a Wordpress developer to your application who will reach out to you with instructions
  3. You send all the content needed to your assigned WP dev
  4. The dev begins building the website and reaches out if they need more information
  5. As soon as the website is finished, they reach out to setup a 1 hour delivery and training call
  6. After the training call is done and the site is delivered, the remaining amount is charged to your card. And the project is considered complete.
  7. If, after the above step, you still need support, training or development on your website, it can be offered at an extra cost of $35/hour.



Limitation of Liability

  1. Hosthub has thoroughly tested the operation of third-party plugins (Motopress and others). However, Hosthub is not liable for bugs or malfunctions that may arise from third-party plugins.
  2. In rare cases, payment through the payment gateway to complete a booking may go through successfully, but the website may fail to update accordingly. This can be caused by various factors, such as a connection interruption on the part of the guest making the booking, the browser being closed prematurely before the site is notified of the payment, or other similar factors. Hosthub is not liable for such incidents. You should regularly check the payments you receive and, in similar cases, manually block the relevant dates on your calendar to avoid the rare occurrence of a double booking.
