We have not seen QloApps, but these are the requirements we need to sync with a custom CMS or rental channel:

Credentials to login (we propose you create username just for Hosthub)

An availability calendar like the ones on Airbnb, booking.com, Homeaway, etc

A way to get informed of new bookings from this channel (for now we can only work with ical url)
