we find alternative accommodation of the same or better value
we cover all the relocation costs up to $500 and finally
we do all this in close partnership with the affected channel to make sure your account is not affected (we have a very good relationship with the channels).
However, this has only happened a handful of times in more than 100.000 bookings we have managed for our customers so far!
