Don't worry about overbookings. Our Zero Double Booking guarantee* includes a full resolution on our part.

Here are the steps we take to give you peace of mind:

  • We talk to the affected guests

  • we find alternative accommodation of the same or better value

  • we cover all the relocation costs up to $500 and finally

  • we do all this in close partnership with the affected channel to make sure your account is not affected (we have a very good relationship with the channels).


However, this has only happened a handful of times in more than 100.000 bookings we have managed for our customers so far!
