How to correct and update your username and password

Invalid credentials

To make sure you're entering the correct credentials, please try the following:

To minimize the risk of input errors, write your username (or email) and password in a text editor such as Notepad or a similar program, then copy and paste them into the Hosthub login form.

If you still cannot log in, consider resetting your password by visiting the Hosthub login page, selecting "Forgot Password," and following the instructions.

If they work and you log in, then paste them on the Hosthub channel form too.  😀

Additionally, try clearing your browser cache, switching to incognito mode, or using a different browser to log in.
