It shows your availability to guests on your website, Facebook page, or any other place you prefer. This public calendar does NOT have any information about guests only blocked dates and available dates.

If you are unable to locate your Public calendar link:

  • Check under the "Calendar Settings" section for the link.

Private iCal URL:

Use this iCal file to inform third channels about your bookings and availability (booking channels, mobile device calendar, Google calendar, agencies, other tools, and software). This file contains private information like guest names and contact details). The iCal format used is compatible with platforms like Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook, allowing for almost real-time updates to availability, price changes, and booking restrictions.

Follow these steps to find your Private iCal URL:

  1. Log in to your Hosthub account.

  2. Navigate to Setup and select Rentals.

  3. Click on the name of the rental you want to synchronize.

  4. Locate the Private Calendar URL under your rental. This URL is an iCal (ICS) link.

  5. Copy the iCal (ICS) URL provided.

  • Ensure you're clicking on the name of the rental, as the URL is under the property details section.
