Public calendar: ย

It shows your availability to guests on your website, Facebook page, or any other place you prefer. This public calendar does NOT have any information about guests only blocked dates and available dates.

This is how you find your Public calendar in Hosthub:

Follow these steps to find your Public calendar:

  1. Login to your Hosthub account and go to the Setup Section.

  2. Click on "Rentals" to view your rentals.

  3. Choose the relevant property.

  4. Locate the Public calendar link under the "Calendar Settings" section.

If you are unable to locate your Public calendar link:

  • Verify you are in the correct property settings page.

  • Check under the "Calendar Settings" section for the link.

  • Use a desktop browser for better visibility if accessing from a mobile device.

Private iCal URL:

Use this iCal file to inform third channels about your bookings and availability (booking channels, mobile device calendar, Google calendar, agencies, other tools, and software). This file contains private information like guest names and contact details). The iCal format used is compatible with platforms like Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook, allowing for almost real-time updates to availability, price changes, and booking restrictions.

  2. Navigate to Setup and select Rentals.

  3. Click on the name of the rental you want to synchronize.

  4. Locate the Private Calendar URL under your rental. This URL is an iCal (ICS) link.

  5. Copy the iCal (ICS) URL provided.
