With Hosthub โ€™s Expense Management for vacation rentals, you can add and monitor all your property expenses like housekeeping, maintenance, and utility bills.

You can also add period expenses, which will be broken down by day so you can know exactly how much each night costs you, for each rental!

Multi-currency expenses

If you have expenses in multiple currencies, you can define each one of your expenses in its original payment currency during creation. Then you can see your expense reports with all expenses currencies converted in the reporting currency so that you have a consistent view.
