The Minimum Length of Stay (Min LoS) is a great setting you can user in order to regulate the demand for high and low seasons.

For instance, when there is a high demand period, you can increase the minimum length of stay to better regulate demand, achieve higher occupancy rates and minimize the cost associated with cleaning and operations. On the flip side, during periods of low season you can reduce the minimum length of stay to attract more bookings.

How can I apply Min LoS to my Rental through Hosthub?

On your Rate Management section , you can edit the relative filed and set a default Min LoS which will be applied on each of the channels that support it.

Can I apply different Min LoS per period ?
