How to set availability window for your rentals

Availability window is a setting that allows hosts to specify the amount of time their rental will be available for customers to book. By setting availability window, hosts can ensure that their rentals are not available for booking for longer than necessary and do not miss out on potential opportunities due to changes in market conditions. Hosts are able to maintain their rental availability in the desired condition with Hosthub and be sure that their rental always has the potential to receive bookings.

As this is a critical setting for many hosts that do not want to have their rentals available for long time and miss opportunities due to changes in market conditions, providing a way to set it from Hosthub is a very useful addition.

Availability window can be set at the rental level as follows:

  1. Go to one of your rentals for which you want to set availability window

  2. Select Edit rental details

  3. In the edit form set the Availability window field to the period you want to apply for this rental. You can select one of the following settings.

    1. No window: In that case no availability window will be applied and your rental will be open to be booked for all future dates.

    2. Three months: The rental will not be available for booking for days that exceed the next 3 months.

    3. Six months: The rental will not be available for booking for days that exceed the next 6 months.

    4. Nine months: The rental will not be available for booking for days that exceed the next 9 months

    5. Twelve months: The rental will not be available for booking for days that exceed the next 12 months.

    6. Eighteen months: The rental will not be available for booking for days that exceed the next 18 months.

    7. Twenty four months: The rental will not be available for booking for days that exceed the next 24 months.

After the Availability window is set and saved in the rental, it will be automatically synced with all connected channels.

Eighteen months Availability window is not supported for Airbnb channels. If it is set in a rental then the connected Airbnb listing availability window will automatically be set to Twelve months
