If you want to have a quick overview of your upcoming bookings then the easiest way is through Dashboard.
However if you need to have a detailed view of your bookings you can always use the Filters . There are various combinations available, so you can choose those that best suit your desired outcome.
1. At first you select the desired period based on a Date type
Usually the most common search is by the check-out date
2. Apply the Rental/s which bookings you want to see
If you have more than 1 Rentals , the default is to show All Rentals
3. Apply the Channels which bookings you want to see
If you have more than 1 Channels, the default is to show All Channels
4.The type of the Event you want to check , for example if you're searching only bookings or other types such as Blocks for the period you're searching for.
The default is to show the Active ones.
5. You can select the status, such as Active or Cancelled bookings
The default is to show All Event types
6. Finally you can preselect the way you will sort the results of your query.
Export your results in XLSX or CSV
You have the option to export the results of your Query. This allows you to easily share the information with your team or use it to work further on your own functions, KPIs etc, especially if you are an Excel/Spreadsheet freak like me π
You can change the format of the date fields in the exported files from your Settings -> Date format
