Hosthub reporting and statistics provide in-depth insights into your hosting business performance. This guide will walk you through each section of the new reports, explaining the metrics and how to use them to your advantage.
All statistics can be found in the Reports section of the app.
The Dashboard is your main entry point and provides a high-level overview of your key metrics. It is divided into two main sections: Profitability and Performance.
The entire dashboard is controlled by a single set of global filters at the top of the page.
Global Filters
These filters apply to all data displayed on the Dashboard and in the detailed reports:
Date Selector: Choose from predefined ranges or select a custom date range.
Predefined Options: This year, Last year, Past 6 months, Past 12 months, Next 6 months, Next 12 months.
Rental Selector: A multi-select filter that allows you to choose one or more rentals. If no rental is selected, the report will include data from all rentals you have access to.
Channel Selector: A multi-select filter for the channels activated in your account. If no channel is selected, the report will include data from all channels.
Profitability Section
This section focuses on your financial metrics.
Cumulative Trends Graph
This graph shows the cumulative trend for Revenue, Host Payout, Manager Fee, and Owner Payout over your selected period.
Profitability Metric Cards
You will see five key metric cards:

Host Payout: Total amount sent to the host's bank account for bookings.
Manager Fee: Total manager fee as calculated by your business model.

Navigating from Cards:
Clicking "View all" on the Revenue card takes you to the detailed Revenue Report.
Clicking "View all" on Host Payout, Manager Fee, or Owner Payout takes you to the Single Metric Report for that specific metric.
A "View all profitability metrics" button will take you to the main Profit Details (P&L) page.
Profitability Distribution
When you select a metric in the cumulative graph, this table appears, showing the breakdown of that metric per channel or per rental for the selected period.
Performance Section
This section focuses on your operational metrics.
Performance Metric Cards
You will see cards for key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room): Calculated by multiplying the rental's Average Daily Rate (ADR) by its Occupancy rate. Based on Revenue.
