In Hosthub, prices you input represent the net earnings you wish to receive per night. These amounts exclude any commission fees imposed by the respective booking channels.

Booking Value

The nightly price multiplied by the number of nights of the booking.


Cleaning fee

The amount of Cleaning fee paid for the booking


Other fees

Other type of fees set on the channel such as linen fee etc


Taxes

The total amount of taxes paid by the guest (This field is usually fetched from the channel only if you have already set taxes on the channel settings)


Total value

The booking total value


Total Value = Booking Value + Cleaning fee + Other fees + Taxes




Service fee host

The fee you have to pay to the OTA as a Host


Service fee host base

The fee you have to pay to the OTA as a Host without its VAT (some OTAs apply VAT to their fee)
