What settings can I manage for VRBO through Hosthub's Rate Management?

Once your VRBO listing is connected and supports rates sync, you can update the following for VRBO through Hosthub's Rate Management:

• Weekly price,
• Weekend price,
• Minimum Length of Stay (Maximum Length of Stay is not applicable for VRBO),
• Weekly discount,
• Monthly discount.

The following settings are NOT sent to VRBO from Hosthub:

• base capacity (extra guest fee),
• cleaning fee,
• pet fee.

To update these, go directly to VRBO > Calendar (for each rental) > Settings > Fees > extra guests (and the same for cleaning fee and pet fee). The security deposit is set under the "Damage protection" tab. If you allow pets, also set the "pets limit" directly in VRBO under Listing > Property > Rules & policies > House rules.
