A customer requested an invoice, but I operate as an individual (not a business). What can I do?
As an individual (not a business), you cannot issue an official invoice (τιμολόγιο) through Hosthub, since invoices are issued via a connected ERP and require business details. If a guest requests an invoice, they normally mean a document with their own business details (VAT number, company name, address, email), which is separate from your status as an individual.
As an individual you have two alternatives: issue a handwritten receipt (μπλοκάκι) after consulting your accountant, or ask the guest to obtain the booking's itinerary/confirmation directly from the channel they booked through (e.g. Booking.com, Airbnb) and use it to justify their expenses. Note that Hosthub does not issue invoices to your channels; if a guest asks the channel for an invoice, that request must be handled by the channel itself. Also, for the Booking.com partner details form (KYR), if you are neither a company nor a sole proprietorship, you must contact Booking.com directly.
