How do I submit a past reservation to AADE and MyDATA?
Past (historical) reservations are not sent automatically — they must be sent manually. Open the reservation in Hosthub, go to the Tax details/Taxes tab, verify the price and guest information is complete, and send the declaration to AADE and MyDATA from there. Future reservations will be submitted automatically once your tax settings and integrations are in place.

How to connect to MyDATA through Hosthub (Oxygen integration)
The connection to MyDATA in Hosthub is made through the Hosthub integration with Oxygen, a certified electronic invoicing/ERP provider. Once connected, you can issue booking documents (such as Service Receipts / ΑΠΥ) and have them automatically transmitted to MyDATA.
