Understanding Draft and Finalized AADE Submissions

When submitting documents to AADE (Taxisnet) through Hosthub, you have the option to send them as drafts or finalized submissions. Each option serves different needs and offers distinct advantages. Below, we explain the differences and provide guidance on how to configure and choose the best option for your requirements.

Overview of Submission Options

Hosthub allows you to configure your MyData submissions to AADE in two ways:

• Draft Submissions: These require manual review and finalization in AADE.
• Finalized Submissions: These are automatically completed and cannot be edited afterward.

Draft Submissions

Draft submissions are ideal if you need to review or modify details before finalizing. For example, you might want to adjust the payment method or verify other details in Taxisnet. Once submitted as drafts, you can log in to AADE, make the necessary changes, and finalize the submission by the applicable deadlines. This option provides flexibility and control over your data.

Finalized Submissions

Finalized submissions are sent as completed and do not require any further action in AADE. They are fully automated and cannot be edited once submitted. This option is best suited for users who prefer a hands-off approach and do not anticipate needing to make changes after submission.

Guidelines for Choosing Between Draft and Finalized Submissions

Consider the following when deciding which submission type to use:

• Choose Draft Submissions If: - You need to review or edit details (e.g., payment methods) before finalizing. - You prefer to have manual control over the final submission.
• Choose Finalized Submissions If: - You want a fully automated process with no manual intervention. - You are confident that no changes will be needed after submission.

How to configure the submission type

To set your submissions to be sent as finalized instead of draft:

1. Go to Integrations > AADE > Account settings.
2. Change the setting from Temporary (Draft) to Final.
3. Click Save.

From the moment you save, new bookings will be sent to the registry as finalized.

Bookings already submitted as Draft

Bookings that have already been sent to AADE as Draft (Temporary) cannot be resent from Hosthub. For security reasons and to prevent duplicate entries, AADE does not allow the same booking to be submitted again. To finalize these, log in to your Taxisnet account and finalize them manually through the AADE registry.
