Iphone

• Go to Settings->Calendar
• Add account
• Select Other
• Add Subscribed Calendar
• Paste Hosthub private iCal url (you will find it your on your Rental) inside the field ''Server''

Google Calendar

• In Hosthub, go to Setup → Rentals and click the rental name to open the rental details page. Scroll down and copy the Private Calendar URL (iCal link). Use the Private Calendar URL, not the Public calendar URL — the Public URL will not work for Google Calendar sync.
• Open Google Calendar and find Settings
• On the left side go to "Add Calendar"
• Choose "From URL".
• Enter the URL of the calendar (which you have previously copied from your Hosthub Rental)
• Click on "Add Calendar" button and your events should be imported

Notes:

• The Private iCal URL includes private booking details (like guest names), so only share it with people you trust.
• Google Calendar sync is slower (about 4 to 12 hours), while Hosthub updates much faster, so we recommend using Hosthub as your main calendar.
• If you can't find a Private Calendar URL on the rental details page, it may not be available for that rental on your account — contact a human agent to check.

Android (via Google Calendar)

In order to sync your events to your android device, needs to be done via Google calendar

• Follow the steps of Google calendar as described above
• Go to the Google calendar app on your Android device
• On the left side go to "Settings"
• Click ''Show more''
• Find the iCal you have imported and open it
• Enable the ''Sync'' on
