During the meeting (held over a video call/Google Meet), we review how the AI Cohost is trained and how to add information to it. The session covers both the rules the bot uses to respond and how to use and set up the AI. Because the AI has many parameters that can vary from property to property, you perform the bot configuration yourself following our guidance during the meeting, so that everything is set up correctly and according to your needs.

The AI Cohost draws on information from past messages sent on the listing, as well as the listing's details within its Airbnb registration. All of this is explained in more detail during the meeting.
