General Steps for Removing Channels in Hosthub


To remove a channel from your Hosthub account:


  • Log in to your Hosthub account.
  • Navigate to Setup from the left-hand menu.
  • Select Channels.
  • Click View on the channel you want to remove.
  • Click Delete in the top-right corner.


Note: Removing a channel in Hosthub may require additional steps within the channel’s own platform to fully disconnect or stop synchronization.


Platform-Specific Disconnection Steps


Airbnb


To disconnect Hosthub from Airbnb:


  • Log in to your Airbnb account.
  • Click your profile photo and select Account.
  • Go to Privacy & Sharing.
  • Under the Services tab, find "Hosthub" and click Remove Access.


Alternatively:


  • Open the menu in the upper-right corner.
  • Select Privacy.
  • Scroll to the bottom and find Connected Services.
  • Remove access for "Hosthub."


Booking.com


To disconnect Hosthub from Booking.com:


  • Log in to your Booking.com account.
  • Go to Account and select Connectivity Provider.
  • In Connection Management, disconnect Hosthub.


VRBO


To stop syncing with VRBO:


  • Log in to your VRBO account.
  • Open each connected property.
  • Go to Calendar and click Import/Export.
  • Under Imported Calendar, delete the Hosthub iCal.


Agoda


To unlink an Agoda channel listing from a rental in Hosthub:


  • Go to Setup in your Hosthub account.
  • Select Rentals.
  • Open the rental corresponding to the Agoda listing.
  • Go to the Channels section.
  • Find Agoda and click the dropdown next to the channel.
  • Select the listing and click Unlink.


dtravel


To remove the dtravel channel:


  • Go to Installation from the left menu and select Channels.
  • Click View on the dtravel channel.
  • Click Delete in the top-right corner.


Other Channels (e.g., Arendoo, Tripadvisor, Misterb&b)


  • Go to SetupChannelsViewListings.
  • Disconnect the channels from the rentals to stop synchronization.


Important Notes


  • After removing Hosthub’s access, settings such as prices and availability will remain as last updated by Hosthub until changed directly in the respective platform.
  • Ensure you complete all necessary steps in both Hosthub and the channel’s platform to fully disconnect and stop synchronization.
