You can export your bookings using Hosthub's Private iCal URL (ICS link), which is compatible with most calendar platforms (Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple/MacBook Calendar, Android, Home Assistant, etc.). To find it: log in to Hosthub, go to Setup → Rentals, click the name of the rental you want to sync (do not click Edit), and scroll to the bottom of the rental details page to locate the Private Calendar URL. Copy this link and add it as a subscribed calendar in your app. Each rentalFew readers

• How can I choose the iCal URL that includes guest names for my property?

Each rental has two iCal URLs: one without guest names and one with guest names. If your synced calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook, phone, Excel, etc.) shows generic entries like "Booking" or "Hold" instead of guest names, you are likely connected to the URL without guest names. To use the URL that includes guest names: go to Setup → Rentals and click the rental name to open its details page (do not click "Edit"). Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will find both iCal URLs.Few readers

The Availability window is a setting that lets you specify how far into the future your rental can be booked by guests. It controls "how far ahead" your calendar stays open (for example, the next 6 months, 12 months, etc.), so you don't miss opportunities due to changing market conditions. Setting the availability window at the rental level applies the same setting to all channel listings linked to that rental, and it syncs automatically with all connected channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, VrbFew readers
