Why do I see two separate charges/invoices for the Pro plan, and how is the Pro fee calculated?

On the Pro plan your fee is the base Standard plan price plus 0.7% of the accommodation value of your nights (the nightly cost of stays, not the total reservation price). Because of this, two separate invoices are issued each period: one for the fixed subscription charge for your rentals, and one for the 0.7% on the value of the nights. This is not a tax and is not related to the taxes you pay on Airbnb or Booking.com — it is your subscription for the Pro services you selected.

For example, a monthly line such as 27.00 USD is the fixed monthly subscription, while a separate line such as 34.59 USD represents the previous month's nights × 0.7%. You can review both charges and their invoices under your Profile → Subscription (top right). The exact features included in Standard vs. Pro are listed in the Subscription section of your account.
