Why is my per-rental billing price higher than the plan price (e.g., $21 plan showing $28)?
The plan price (for example, $21 per rental for the Standard plan) is the base subscription price. The higher amount you see on the Billing page (for example, $28 per rental) is the total per rental after applicable taxes are added to your subscription charge. So the final charge equals the plan price plus applicable taxes.
The plan price itself does not change. If the amount is higher than in a previous year, it usually means the tax applied to your subscription has changed, since taxes vary by location and local regulations. Your registration country directly affects pricing (for example, Greece has a lower rate than Spain), so an incorrect registration country can raise your charge. To confirm what's being charged, check your upcoming invoices and adjustments in Billing at https://app.hosthub.com/z/billing. For corrections to your registration country or tax, contact the billing team (available Monday–Friday during office hours).
